Late Post - Levels are being designed


Good morning,

I forgot to updated last night before I went to bed. Yesterday I worked in 1 new level layout. Right now I have 6 of the 16 areas that I'd like to have in the jam version of the game. I am using some variations on existing level objects in order to decrease the time to design levels. While I hope to eventual design every level as a 100% unique environment, I am also trying to meet the deadline for jam submission. 

I also still need to code the logic for interactable items. It should be a pretty small bit of code, but there are going to be a lot of different interactable items. I think I'm going to try using child actors this time in unreal to speed things up. Not something I've worked with much, but I think its the right fit for this application. 

I'll have a few more screenshots on Friday I think.
