Weekend work comes to a close
Good evening,
A long weekend of work on this project is coming to a close. So far I've been very happy with the progress. Most of the time has been spent on post process effects, shaders, and making sprites for the game. The video attached is a small demonstration of what I have so far. Its not much in terms of gameplay, but hopefully its starting to create the atmosphere I want the game to have.
This is my first project to utilize Niagara in unreal 4. What an awesome tool!. The little dust motes that hang around the screen are one of my favorite touches that I was able to add over the weekend.
Lastly, I decided on a whim that this game should feature "animalese" style voices to go along with the text. There is an example of the progress on that towards the end of the video.
